All SSDs in the PM897 lineup leverage the same Samsung controller and V-NAND flash memory, ensuring simplified customer qualification and reliable high-volume supply.

SATA Interface Saturating Performance

The PM897 SSDs achieve maximum performance for SATA-attached drives, delivering up to 560 MB/sec sequential access. This enables workloads to complete quickly and allows efficient shared use of high-capacity drives, maximizing performance per gigabyte stored.

Enterprise-grade reliability and security

PM897 SSDs feature enterprise power loss protection (PLP) to ensure data integrity in unexpected outages. The SSD immediately transfers cached data from DRAM to flash memory during a power failure, preventing data loss.
