    Flexible capacity and high-density options

    PowerVault MD Series offers a variety of enclosures to meet your specific workload needs: MD2460: High-density 4U model with up to 60 x 3.5" drive slots, supporting up to 2.4PB capacity. MD2424: Performance-optimized 2U model with 24 x 2.5" drive slots for 10K HDDs and SSDs. MD2412: Low-cost, dense 2U model with 12 x 3.5" drive slots. With iDRAC integration, administrators can manage in-server and external DAS storage through a single interface. Self-encrypted drives (SEDs) with drive-level encryption provide advanced data protection, while instant Secure Erase ensures secure data removal during repurposing or decommissioning.
