All products sold by Uvation Inc. (“Uvation”) are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Uvation makes no independent warranties or representations regarding the products it sells.
1.2 Warranty Provider
All warranty claims must be initiated directly with the product’s original manufacturer. Uvation acts only as a reseller and is not responsible for fulfilling any warranty obligations.
2. WARRANTY CLAIMS
2.1 Claim Process
- (a) All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the product manufacturer
- (b) Contact information for manufacturers is provided with product documentation
- (c) Uvation will provide manufacturer contact information upon request
- (d) Uvation cannot process or handle warranty claims on behalf of manufacturers
2.2 Required Information
When contacting the manufacturer, customers should have:
- (a) Product serial number
- (b) Proof of purchase
- (c) Detailed description of the issue
- (d) Original manufacturer’s warranty card (if provided)
3. DISCLAIMER
3.1 No Independent Warranty
UVATION PROVIDES NO INDEPENDENT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND ARE COVERED ONLY BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
Uvation shall not be liable for:
- (a) Any warranty claims or issues
- (b) Product defects or malfunctions
- (c) Delays in warranty service
- (d) Manufacturer’s warranty decisions

Uvation will:
- (a) Provide manufacturer contact information
- (b) Supply proof of purchase documentation
- (c) Assist with identifying correct manufacturer
- (d) Direct customers to appropriate warranty resources
